💅 14-Day Returns & Exchanges

Not quite right? You can return or exchange eligible new, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused
  • In their original condition
  • In original packaging

🛠️ Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, please contact us right away at support@lilynailsart.co

We’ll make it right by replacing or remaking your item at no extra cost.


🎨 Custom Orders & Custom Sizing

Because custom-made designs and custom-sized sets are created specifically for you, these items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


📦 How Returns Work

Returns are processed by mail.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.


💸 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
